1.将蛋黄和蛋清分开。

2.将60g面粉过筛两次,加入蛋黄中。

3.依次加入白砂糖20g,牛奶40ml,玉米油50ml,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。

4.在蛋清中挤入几滴柠檬汁,便于打发。

5.将40g白砂糖分三次加入蛋清中,用打蛋器打发。打好标准:用打蛋器挂蛋白顶端会出现尖状。

6.将打发的蛋白分三次加入蛋黄中,并用抹刀从下向上搅拌均匀。

7.将烤盘内铺好油纸,将蛋糕液倒入,并用抹刀将表面抹平。

8.将烤箱150度预热,将烤盘放入,150度烤15分钟。
